Take a moment to get into a comfortable position in a peaceful environment where you won’t be disturbed. Allow the music to be your guide and let it bring you into the present moment. I invite you to close your eyes whilst you listen.


The title of this piece captures our focus nicely, this video is a way to spend 5 minutes of your time focussing on your breathing. I invite you to allow the video to guide your breathing. You will hear a certain sound for your inhalation and then another sound for your exhalation, try to match your breathing to the length of these sounds. There will be moments of stillness within the music, this is to allow time for relaxation between the sections.

As always you know your body better than anyone, if the pace is uncomfortable then simply breath at a rate which is comfortable to you.
